Hello, and welcome to the blog portion of WWW.healthy-diet-snacks.com. I decided a while back that I had enough of being “portly” and wanted to drop some pounds through better nutrition and food sense rather than just going on a diet that would not work anyway down the road. I realized early on that if I was going to lose pounds in a natural manner, I would have to cut out all the crap I was eating between meals. Snacking, in and of itself, is not a bad thing, and is actually beneficial in keeping your metabolism revved up throughout the day, silently burning calories. Of course, what you snack can be the culprit in how, and if, you lose weight. Well, to make a long story short, I created this site and blog to inform myself, and anyone else who is curious, what the best and healthiest snacks were and how to add them to my lifestyle change.It’s definitely a work in progress and I hope you tag along for the ride.
