More Chocolate As A Healthy Snack News!!
Hi all. It seems like I can’t get a word in edge-wise these days as my “other life” keeps me hopping. But I thought I’d dart in here for a quick post about an article I read, on once again, Chocolate and its what seems to be infinite health options. And since the Holiday season is upon us, I figured if you are tempted to indulge a tad more than usual, then why not let it be with some yummy, good for you Chocolate…:)
In a nutshell, the article reported on Chocolate having three extremely beneficial “side effects”: Chocolate Makes You Smarter; Chocolate Weakens Heart Attacks and Chocolate Has A Cavity Fighting Compound.
WOW!! What doesn’t Chocolate do!
Of course, as we all know (hopefully), less is more in the case of Chocolate and health. So don’t indulge too much, and stck with the semi-sweet or unsweet Chocolate, 70% and higher, as it tends to work in smaller quantities, controlling your weight and sugar levels.
Now when you get that perennial box of choclates over the Holidays , you can say “Thank You” and actually mean it…:)
