Healthy Snack: Roasted Red Pepper Dip
An Elite friend of mine, Scott Tousignant has posted a recipe and video on how to make a most healthy Roasted Red Pepper Dip snack. The dip, coupled with a whole wheat side of Triscuits or any other healthy snack cracker alternative is a wonderful way to enjoy a delicious and good-for-you snack. You could also use the dip as a spread to add on toasted Pita chips or any other low fat bread option.
As the video will demonstrate, there is a small prep time involved, but it is so worth it. Normally, food that takes time to make, tastes better than the covenient, fast food kind and is way healthier.
